It would be impossible to set out all the experiences that go on in our school but hopefully the sense of a happy, productive and caring community, respectful and inclusive of all is evident.
Presentation Secondary School, Waterford was founded in 1798 by the Presentation sisters and over the years it has established a strong reputation of a school that provides a respectful, positive and progressive learning environment for all students. Our dedicated staff members demonstrate a love of their subjects, delivering the highest level of learning and teaching in their classrooms, while still exhibiting a remarkable level of care and interest in each, individual student that they teach. Our students have a great sense of pride in our school and their place in the wider community of CEIST schools. As a Catholic school, founded in faith, we have at the centre of all we do, a strong commitment to the values and ethos of the Presentation sisters. We actively promote the teachings of the Gospel and the spirituality of Nano Nagle, emphasising the value of each and every person in our school, providing an inclusive environment, allowing each student develop all their talents and reach their full potential.
